Job Role Overview
- Main Responsibilities:
- We are seeking an experienced Piping Systems Manager to lead the delivery of complex piping projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing and commissioning of piping systems.
- The role will involve supervising and managing a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with technical specifications and project schedules.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for verifying the quantity and state of equipment on site and coordinating services at site including entry locations, routing etc.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of experience supervising mechanical, electrical, instrument, and control system construction, testing, and commissioning for building services systems, district cooling system, chilled water system, and process plant.
- Good knowledge in reading and understanding technical drawings, including layout drawings, P&IDs, electrical single line diagram, control schematic drawings, etc.
