About the Role:

You will also be exposed to general corporate and commercial legal work – ensuring your development as an all-rounded corporate lawyer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on the development, structuring, and implementation of energy and infrastructure projects, including greenfield and brownfield developments
- Drafting and negotiating agreements related to the generation, transmission, and sale of electricity, clean energy initiatives, desalination, utilities, and waste-water treatment/disposal projects
- Advising clients on the structuring and implementation of, and drafting and negotiating agreements related to, public-private partnership and infrastructure projects (including those related to power plants, data centres, waste-to-energy facilities, ports, transportation, and petrochemical facilities, tankage, terminalling, and logistics arrangements)
- Legal research and analysis on Singapore law and industry practices across various industry sectors
- Advising on, and preparing documentation for, general corporate matters and commercial transactions, covering areas such as the sale and purchase of goods, services arrangements, supply and distribution arrangements, hire-purchase arrangements, and employment
- Working closely with senior team members to deliver practical, client-focused solutions that address operational, regulatory, and commercial challenges
Requirements:
- Interest or background in energy, infrastructure, and project development
- Good drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
