Pharmacy Cashier Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified Cashier to fill a key role at our Novena branch. As a cashier, you will be responsible for attending to patients' enquiries, providing directions and assisting with clarifications.
You will also verify patient billing details, subsidies and scheme entitlements, perform payment collections for clinic/pharmacy services, generate and process invoices for prescription and related services, manage billing adjustments, refunds or corrections if needed, and provide assistance with patients' inquiries regarding charges / payments.
In addition, you will communicate with the clinic for patient visit details or payment concerns, ensure that all patients' documents are scanned in and filed away securely, and ensure stocks at the cashier counter and stationeries are well stocked.
Requirements:
- Min. GCE 'O' level
- Advantage to have cashiering experience
This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday at 9am – 6pm with 1 hour lunch break.
