- Perform and facilitate registration (including visits creation), billing and payment collection to ensure accurate billing, and assist in prescription processing to ensure seamless operation of Pharmacy and ensure wait time targets are met.
- Perform billing-related tasks, including billing rectifications, batch billing, billing to third party payers, to ensure patients' needs are being attended to and an overall positive experience at the PharmacyFacilitate the resolution of billing-related issues, which includes authorising SAP receipt cancellation.
- Manage billing-related enquiries Perform online adjustment for billing refunds.
- Assist Pharmacy Technician in reconciliation of the drop charges report.
- Train staff on medication billing processes and update training materials.
- Assist in supporting the ground during billing system slowness or downtime procedure.
- Maintain timely and accurate records of patients' information.
- Support Pharmacy Billing Team in-charge to perform billing administrative work.
- Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
