Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service at the towel counter with a smile
  • Maintain accurate records for daily towels and day-use locker key transactions with precision
  • Handle and report missing towels, locker keys, and lost and found items efficiently
  • Monitor the collection and return of laundered linens/uniforms from the laundry contractor with diligence
  • Check and report the cleanliness of the changing rooms to the Head of Department/Immediate Superior regularly
