What You Will Be Responsible For
Responsible for developing large model operators, optimizing parallel strategies, and improving performance for both inference and training.
Build an industry-leading high-performance large model compilation system through the design and performance optimization of self-developed NPU software and hardware systems.
Collaborate closely with the chip department for joint hardware-software optimization.
Conduct research and introduction of cutting-edge technologies for large models.
How You Will Stand Out
Possesses a Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Automation, Software, or related fields; proficient in C/C++ or Python, with strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
Skilled in high-performance computing optimization techniques for self-developed NPUs/GPUs, with a deep understanding of computer architecture.
Familiar with distributed parallel computing optimization, memory access optimization, and low-bit computation.
Familiar with the basic principles of deep learning algorithms, neural network architecture, and operator computation methods; knowledgeable in at least one deep learning training framework, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or MindSpore.
Familiar with compilation frameworks such as TVM, MLIR, XLA, LLVM; experience in operator acceleration and optimization is a plus.
Familiar with mainstream LLM (Large Language Model) architectures; experience with acceleration and optimization of LLM models and tools like TensorRT-LLM, ORCA, VLLM is preferred; capable of resolving complex problems encountered during the optimization process.

Responsibility in system optimization, including profiling and enhancing software performance for memory efficiency, CPU/GPU utilization, and network bandwidth in resource‐constrained systems.
Hands‐on experience with embedded systems.
Managing front‐end web development (considered an advantage).
Strong understanding of security principles for connected devices, such as encryption, secure boot processes, and device identity management.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
At least 3 years’ experience in C++, Boost, OpenCV and REST APIs (designing, building, and consuming).
Experience with Hardware interface module development (from OEM SDK/API).
Solid grasp of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, UDP, and WebSockets.

JOb Purpose
To support the configuration, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems across multiple health programs. The consultant will work collaboratively with the program and IT teams, as well as EMR vendors, to ensure smooth implementation, ongoing technical support, and continuous improvement of the systems in line with programmatic needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Initial Engagement & Preparation
Conduct desk research and review existing documentation to understand the EMR platform(s), implementation context, and program objectives.
Explore system functionalities via sandbox environments, user guides, and vendor resources.
Participate in vendor-led training sessions to gain in-depth knowledge of the system’s architecture and capabilities.
b) System Configuration & Customization
Configure EMR modules, forms, and workflows based on specific program requirements.
Set up system features such as alerts, clinical decision support tools, dashboards, and reporting modules.
Define and implement user roles and access controls aligned with organizational structure and data sensitivity requirements.
Lead full-scale deployment efforts, including initial setup and environment configuration where applicable.
c) System Maintenance & Optimization
Apply regular system updates, security patches, and performance enhancements.
Ensure reliable system operations through routine data backups, failover mechanisms, and stability monitoring.
d) Technical & User Support
Support change management initiatives including software upgrades and transitions between system versions.
Provide strategic guidance to ensure effective system utilization and alignment with clinical workflows.
e) Data Security & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
Safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of patient data and system information.
f) Coordination with Program Teams, IT, and Vendors
Act as the primary technical liaison among the program team, EMR vendor(s), and internal IT departments.
Coordinate technical support requests, track vendor communications, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
Maintain structured, transparent communication across all stakeholders to support alignment and accountability.
g) Documentation & Reporting
Maintain thorough documentation of all system configurations, updates, and technical activities.
Provide audit logs and technical reports as needed, ensuring traceability and compliance.
Required Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field
Master’s degree will be an advantage
Required Experience
5 to 7 years of experience working in Health Informatics, with at least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with one or more major EMR platforms (e.g., OpenMRS)
10+ years of experience leading EMR implementations or large-scale health information systems will be an advantage.
Required Skills
Proficiency in configuring and customizing EMR systems (e.g., form design, role setup, reporting).
Strong understanding of health data standards, interoperability protocols (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and data security best practices.
Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or scripting for troubleshooting or system enhancements
Familiarity with clinical workflows, health program requirements, and data reporting needs.
