Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and analyse reports to track markets, importers and retailers' performance

• Develop, implement and monitor activities and programmes to improve retailer performance and profitability, including:

• track and report of the quarterly Business Builder results and Retailer of The Year (ROTY) program

• consolidate composite report and report to management, field teams and markets on retailers' profitability performance monthly

• plan, design and conduct annual mystery shop and present outcome to internal stakeholders

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive and improve retailer performance, financial profitability and underperforming retailer

• Ad-hoc analysis and presentation of retailers' performance and financial trends in the network

Job Requirements:

• Degree in business or related discipline
• 3 years relevant experience in the automotive industry

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring of vessel speed, fuel oil consumption, and relevant technical parameters .

• Assist in coordination with vessels, ship managers and internal team for data validation or clarifications.

• Assist in evaluation of vessel description (speed & consumption) against charterparty terms and technical benchmarks.

• Assist in analysis of hull efficiency, and engine performance trends, including potential impact by fouling, weather, and operational patterns.

• Assist in the preparation and submission of emissions reports (EU ETS/FuelEU Maritime) for vessels trading in EU region.

JOB PURPOSE

The Planning and Performance Analyst reports to Strategy & Planning Head and works with charterers to develop monthly, quarterly and annual performance shipping plans and reports chartering KPI for the purpose to measure shipping performance relative to chartering plan and KPI targets. The analyst also assists in preparing presentations and chartering documents.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with other ATC Charterers to set performance targets, prepare the Chartering shipping business plan, and prepare periodic accountability reports.
• Generate periodic reports on company KPIs to enable regular assessment of company performance. Analyse and consolidate weekly freight assessments reports. Prepare monthly KPI and Chartering P&L reports.
• Coordinate with other team members to prepare presentations and regular & ad-hoc reports required while ensuring data accuracy and timely submission with supervision.
• Provide support to the ATC Management Committee including scheduling meetings, writing meeting minutes, and tracking action items from the meetings.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Manager and maintain time-chartered ships log as per each ship Charter Parties.

REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor’s degree and/or higher in business administration, finance, economics or other relevant course of study.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in business administration, planning or performance measurement.

- Detail-minded and highly organized

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines, and work independently with minimum supervision is essential

- Ability to comprehend, analyze and forecast company financial reports

- Proficient in both spoken & written business English & local language
