Responsibilities
- Perform consolidation and analysis for monthly financial and annual business plan for Asia Pacific countries, with aim to drive business optimisation
- Monitor Asia Pacific performance at country level, with challenge to drive improvements in the countries and BU Asia
- Active business partner to support improvements projects (Operational Excellence, Procurement Excellence and Commercial Excellence) in Asia Pacific, to improve sales while reducing costs and working capital
- Review and monitor capex investments proposed by countries and provide recommendation to the management
- Consolidate countries’ currency sensitivity and exposure to support treasury activities in BU Asia
- Support countries on the DCF modelling for impairment testing
- Close collaboration with BI team on managing Dashboards to support performance management & decision making
- Identify and drive continuous improvements in performance management process
- Any ad-hoc tasks whenever required.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or CPA certified
- Team player with a positive attitude
- At least 4 years of experience from auditing (with commercial experience) , accounting/business controlling in a trading/distribution environment in MNC.
- Excellent numeric and knowledge of Excel (including Macro functions)
- Good knowledge of SAP and/(or) SUN system
- Ambition and drive – willingness to assume increasingly broad or complex

The Investment Reporting and Performance (IRP) team sits within Asset and Fund Services division. The team's mission is to provide investment analytics services to internal and external clients.
The three key services areas are:
- Service delivery of investment performance & risk analytics for internal and external clients
- Client relationship management support for internal and external clients of IRP in Asia
- Technical expertise and product consulting for internal and external clients of IRP in Asia
Responsibilities
- BAU Production Management and Oversight
- Coordination and relationship management for IRP queries

- Oversee and manage the production of investment performance & risk information data for clients in accordance with the industry standards – (GIPS) as well as client service level agreement (SLA) requirements, this includes performance measurement, risk analysis and attribution analysis and report production

- Assist Head of Client Service Delivery and Implementations with BAU workflow organization, oversight and delivery
