JOB PURPOSE

The Planning and Performance Analyst reports to Strategy & Planning Head and works with charterers to develop monthly, quarterly and annual performance shipping plans and reports chartering KPI for the purpose to measure shipping performance relative to chartering plan and KPI targets.   • Generate periodic reports on company KPIs to enable regular assessment of company performance. Analyse and consolidate weekly freight assessments reports. Prepare monthly KPI and Chartering P&L reports.
  • Coordinate with other team members to prepare presentations and regular & ad-hoc reports required while ensuring data accuracy and timely submission with supervision.
  • Provide support to the ATC Management Committee including scheduling meetings, writing meeting minutes, and tracking action items from the meetings.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Manager and maintain time-chartered ships log as per each ship Charter Parties.


REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor’s degree and/or higher in business administration, finance, economics or other relevant course of study.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in business administration, planning or performance measurement.

- Detail-minded and highly organized

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines, and work independently with minimum supervision is essential

- Ability to comprehend, analyze and forecast company financial reports

- Proficient in both spoken & written business English & local language

- Proficiency in MS office applications and PowerPoint
