  • Spearhead corporate social responsibility initiatives
  • Oversee corporate administrative functions, including insurance-related matters

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of HR/Admin managerial experience with business partnering and change management skills/experience
  • Strategic HR competencies required include Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning and Coaching
