About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the Human Resources (HR) team in support of the Gain City group of companies.
Beyond overseeing the daily HR operations, you will be leading manpower planning, the review of HR policies and processes, as well as adoption of technology to support the growth of the companies. You will also oversee corporate admin works.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across the full spectrum of HR and corporate administration functions, in partnership with the business units
- Formulate and review HR policies and SOPs to align with company values and business goals, and to ensure strict compliance with laws and regulations.
- Identify trends and conduct research and analysis to adopt best practices for hiring, talent management and retention
- Develop strategies and programmes to build an engaged and high performing workforce.
- Manage the overall manpower budget for the group of companies
- Oversee the establishment of KPI-based remuneration packages
- Spearhead corporate social responsibility initiatives
- Oversee corporate administrative functions, including insurance-related matters
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related discipline
- A minimum of 10 years of HR/Admin managerial experience with business partnering and change management skills/experience
- Strategic HR competencies required include Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning and Coaching
