Join us as an Associate Director at AIA Investment Management, responsible for TDA & Service Propositions within the Group Investments-Linked & Pension Business (GULPB). This regional role supports all AIA group companies, reporting to the Head of Propositions for GULPB, and involves strategic planning and business development.
Responsibilities- Lead strategy formulation with Group functions and Local Business Units to drive growth, market entry, distribution, customer segments, and partnerships for Investment Linked and Pension businesses.
- Develop business cases and translate strategic ideas into actionable plans and transformation programs.
- Identify and assess new growth opportunities and customer or product segments.
- Analyze industry trends, conduct market research, and evaluate competitive landscapes to inform business decisions.
- Coordinate with LBUs to prepare Quarterly Business Reviews and annual strategic documents.
- Enhance customer experience through digital tools for Investment Linked and Pension offerings, including front-end and back-end development.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities, collaborating with Group Investment Services, Middle Office, and LBUs.
- Develop dashboards and digital assets such as the GULPB portal for management reporting and decision-making.
- University degree, preferably with an MBA or Master’s degree.
- 10-15 years of experience in Financial Services, with a strong numerical background.
- Experience in business planning, financial modeling, and strategy, preferably in Life Insurance, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or related sectors.
- Knowledge of Wealth Management & Investment Linked Fund Propositions in Asian markets, including regulatory landscapes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment and manage large, complex projects.
