Job Title: Occupational Therapist for Child Development

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children with developmental challenges to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and providing individualised occupational therapy intervention for paediatric clients with a wide range of developmental challenges
  • Conducting individual and/or group occupational therapy sessions
  • Working closely with the early intervention team to develop and support them in providing appropriate intervention programs for clients
  • Providing consultation and communication to support stakeholders (e.g., family and staff) in managing clients' occupational therapy issues
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of assessment/intervention with clients, and consultation with families/staff/other stakeholders
  • Maintaining timely and appropriate feedback and necessary communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Participating in staff meetings, internal professional development, events organised by our organisation, networking meetings, and any other meetings as and when necessary
  • Maintaining queue list in clinic system and good communication with clinic manager in terms of caseload
  • Staying proactive in keeping abreast of developments in the field of Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Required Skills and Qualifications:
