In this role, you’ll devote 22 hours per week to direct clinical work, guiding children and adolescents along their developmental journey—enhancing their abilities, building their confidence, and helping them reach their full potential.
What You’ll Do
- Hands-On Therapy (22 Hours/Week): Deliver personalized, evidence-based OT interventions to help young clients overcome challenges and achieve meaningful milestones.
- Team Collaboration: Share your clinical insights and feedback with our multidisciplinary team, playing a key role in refining and improving our therapy programs.
- Engagement & Meetings (5 Hours/Week): Participate in departmental and multidisciplinary meetings, as well as supervision sessions, to ensure cohesive, high-quality care.
- Professional Growth: Stay current with the latest OT trends and research, contributing innovative ideas to enhance our approaches and client outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications & Experience: AHPC-registered Occupational Therapist with at least 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents. Passionate fresh graduates with relevant pediatric placements are also encouraged to apply; we provide mentorship and supervision.
- Team Spirit: Strong communication and collaboration skills to excel within a supportive, multidisciplinary setting.

Role & Responsibilities
