What You’ll Do

  • Hands-On Therapy (22 Hours/Week): Deliver personalized, evidence-based OT interventions to help young clients overcome challenges and achieve meaningful milestones.

  • Engagement & Meetings (5 Hours/Week): Participate in departmental and multidisciplinary meetings, as well as supervision sessions, to ensure cohesive, high-quality care.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications & Experience: AHPC-registered Occupational Therapist with at least 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents. Passionate fresh graduates with relevant pediatric placements are also encouraged to apply; we provide mentorship and supervision.
  • Team Spirit: Strong communication and collaboration skills to excel within a supportive, multidisciplinary setting.

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in a related discipline
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in volunteer management, programme development or groupwork will be an advantage. Fresh graduates may be considered as well.
