Role Summary:
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with Singapore laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage the company’s payroll, ensuring accuracy of bank details and timely submission of bank files, investigate, analyze, and resolve payroll issues that may arise.
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll computation and ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee payroll information, including salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Review and validate timesheets, work hours and attendance records.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and report as required.
- Create workflow and any process enhancement as and when required.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processes.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
