Payroll Manager

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This includes verifying timesheets, processing overtime calculations, handling tax clearance, and submitting statutory reports.

You will also attend to staff queries on payroll-related matters, manage the annual manpower budget exercise, and prepare Group reporting.

Additionally, you will process monthly staff payroll and claims, calculate overtime and attendance checks for employees, and prepare monthly manpower costing and staff movement reports.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of working experience in Payroll with a lead role, preferably in handling high-volume payroll for multiple entities with over 300 headcount.

You should have good payroll knowledge, be well-versed in the Employment Act, and have excellent multi-tasking skills to meet tight payroll deadlines.

You should also be able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be meticulous, and have good organization skills.
