The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, with experience in processing end-to-end payroll and/or claims processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also required.
The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless data transfer between systems and provide clear and concise responses to employee queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for multiple cycles, ensuring accuracy and timely salary pay-outs
- Facilitate accurate data transfer from HR Information System to Payroll System
- Provide feedback and highlight improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
- Coordinate with HR business partners to retrieve necessary data and inputs
- Audit payroll files to support annual and ad-hoc audit exercises
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, 'A' Levels or Diploma
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll and/or claims processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, minimally Intermediate level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Meticulous and able to work in a dynamic environment

Job Title: Payroll Executive/Senior Payroll Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced payroll professional to join our team. As a Payroll Executive or Senior Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of monthly payroll processing, including generating payroll reports, bank upload files, payslips, payroll postings, salary reconciliation reports, and fund requirements.
You will verify payroll data in coordination with HR and resolve any discrepancies. Your responsibilities will also include monthly submission of CPF, tax, and other statutory requirements, as well as handling annual tax filing submissions on IR21 and IR8A.
In addition, you will submit NS, Childcare, Maternity, and Paternity claims accurately and within required timelines. You will identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheets and payroll records.
As a key member of our team, you will answer employees' questions about wages and deductions, and liaise closely with managers to process overtime and allowance payments. You will prepare payroll-related and ad-hoc reports as requested by management, and generate monthly manpower cost and analysis reports.
Maintaining proper payroll documentations and authorisations for internal and external audit is also a critical aspect of this role. You will collaborate with Finance in pay-related matters, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in payroll management
- Strong work ethics, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, with good time management and organisation skills
- Detail-oriented and experienced in payroll processing manually for a headcount of over 800 will be advantageous
- Familiarity with payroll software (Timesoft) and proficiency with spreadsheets will be an advantage
- Well-versed with Statutory Board regulations (IRAS, CPF, MOM, and Mindef) that impact benefits and other wage deductions
