The Payroll & Accounting Manager will be responsible in overseeing the payroll operations across APAC ensuring accurate and timely processing with support from local payroll agents.You will oversee payroll compliance, manage banking relationships and support process improvements projects. In addition to this, you will be supporting on month end closing, preparation of financial statements, management reports, audit and tax matters. You will collaborate with regional finance managers and external stakeholders across multiple countries. You are a change agent in participating in transformation projects to streamline operations.
Profile
A successful Payroll & Accounting Manager should have:
- Degree-qualified in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA preferred.
- Recent experience holding dual portfolio in payroll and finance portfolio with a reputable multinational.
- Strong understanding of Asia payroll practices, banking relationships and multi-currency operations.
- Hands-on and adaptable, thrives well in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.

Key Skills & Experience:
