Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Recruitment & Data Management
- Track and analyze potential participant data using advanced Excel functions
- Maintain comprehensive recruitment databases with meticulous attention to detail
- Generate recruitment reports
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with PDPA guidelines
- Family Engagement & Screening
- Screen and assess family eligibility through systematic data analysis
- Guide prospective families through the programme enrolment process
- Coordinate with Social Work Assistants/Coordinators for recruitment of patients
- Manage appointment scheduling via the hospital appointment system
- Programme Support
- Coordinate with clinic staff to identify potential programme participants
- Maintain organized records of all recruitment activities
- Track and follow up on pending applications
- Administrative duties to support any ad hoc assignments
- Diploma with 2-4 years' relevant experience, OR GCE N/O/A Level/NITEC in Healthcare with 6-10 years' relevant experience
- Healthcare or community service experience is advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and management
- Strong experience in database maintenance and data cleaning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, OAS and SAP
- Ability to learn and navigate healthcare management systems
