The Patient Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination of patient care in a fast-paced environment within the Children's Emergency Department. You will guide patients and caregivers through the healthcare process, attend and address their enquires professionally, provide assistance as needed and perform weight taking for patients. In addition, you will ensure optimal staff deployment as needed.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide excellent customer service and enhance the quality of patient care. You will be required to work 5 days a week on 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon and night duty), which may fall on weekends and Public Holidays.
