1. Execute go to market B2B2C marketing campaigns with partners

This hybrid role combines strategic partnership development with loyalty programme management to drive measurable outcomes in customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.**Program Strategy & Growth*** Develop and execute strategies to grow Razer’s global partner ecosystem and loyalty programme, ensuring profitability and long-term success.* Identify and onboard new performance-based partners and loyalty members to expand reach and diversify traffic sources.* Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and loyalty stakeholders globally, offering support and resources to optimize performance.**Loyalty Programme Management*** Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Razer’s loyalty programme to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.* Analyse customer behaviour, segmentation, and market trends to develop targeted rewards and engagement strategies.* Collaborate with CRM, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless integration of loyalty initiatives across touchpoints.* Monitor programme performance metrics (e.g., repeat purchase rate, redemption rate, CLV) and provide actionable insights.* Manage loyalty programme budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.**Outreach & Partnership Development*** Conduct outreach to potential collaborators, presenting the value of joining Razer’s performance-driven partner program.* Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with favourable, mutually beneficial terms.* Explore new partnership models including influencers, content creators, and referral platforms.**Campaign Coordination & Execution*** Coordinate the production and approval of digital assets for partner campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.* Set up and manage performance campaigns across partner channels, tracking results and optimizing for ROI.* Collaborate with internal teams to align partner campaigns with product launches and seasonal promotions.**Performance Analysis & Reporting*** Monitor and analyse partner performance metrics including clicks, conversions, and revenue contribution.* Prepare detailed reports and dashboards with actionable insights for internal stakeholders and senior management.* Present performance reviews and strategic recommendations to leadership on a regular basis.**Cross-Functional Collaboration*** Work closely with digital marketing, CRM, product, and business units to align partner efforts with broader marketing goals.* Ensure consistent communication and collaboration across global teams to support campaign execution and performance tracking.**Process Improvement & Quality Assurance*** Identify opportunities to improve workflows, partner onboarding, and campaign setup processes.* Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of the partner program.# Pre-Requisites :* 5–7 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance partnerships, or loyalty programs management.* Strong analytical skills with experience in partner tracking platforms and attribution tools* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.* Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g. Impact, Rakuten, CJ).
