- Support the further development of PageGroup in accordance with the Group strategy
- At least 10 years of business experience executive search or a mix of business & recruitment experience
- Demonstrate a proactive networking approach, ability to be a business partner for local and global decision makers (including but not limited to C-level professionals, regional function heads, management and supervisory boards)
- Acknowledged experts in their industry, function or specialist areas with demonstrable sales, account management and delivery expertise
- Proven track record in delivering revenue targets with strong financial and commercial acumen
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills with exceptional customer service attitude
- Strong relationship building, consultative and influencing skills
- Must have client management experience with strong credibility, presence, and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative service
- Demonstrates flexibility and thrives in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment; ability to juggle long term goals and short-term deliverables
- Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization and time management skills, self-directed and result-oriented
- Ability and desire to stay abreast of market trends, business intelligence, and competitive information.
