What you'll do
- Responsible for expanding, negotiating, and maintaining relationships with affiliate networks and programmatic (DSP) channels globally.
- Connect with affiliate channels, media buyers, DSP platforms, and their agencies (such as Moloco, Smadex, Yeahmobi, etc.) to build a high-quality, high-ROI traffic matrix. Manage the channel lifecycle, regularly evaluate channel performance, and eliminate fraudulent or underperforming partners.
- Develop differentiated bidding strategies and creative combinations for different channels, regions, and traffic types, optimizing key behavioral conversions in line with app promotion objectives.
- Possess deep understanding of and hands-on experience with Appsflyer / Adjust, and be familiar with various attribution models and conversion event configurations.
- Collaborate with BI and anti-fraud teams to identify abnormal behaviors through device ID, click/IP matching, conversion rates, etc.; establish traffic risk control mechanisms for channels with high fraud incidence.
- Monitor and analyze daily conversion data of each channel, reporting on metrics such as CTR, CVR, retention, ROI, and fraud rate.
- Maintain efficient collaboration with the creative, product, compliance, and local teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in English, capable of business negotiations, English contract review, and meeting communication.
- Over 3 years of performance advertising experience; preference given to candidates with experience in managing multiple channels, including major media and affiliate DSP networks.
- Familiar with types of affiliate traffic and mainstream DSPs.
- Solid understanding of crypto & financial user profiles and anti-fraud logic.
- Able to independently design and implement CPA/CPI/CPS/Hybrid settlement models.
- Proficient in using attribution and analytics tools such as Appsflyer / Adjust / GA4.
- Strong data sensitivity, clear logical thinking, ability to work independently, and perform well under pressure.

- Own and execute high-performance Google ad campaigns (with a focus on conversions, app campaigns, and ROAS).
