Job Description: Logistics Support
To support warehouse and logistics operations in Singapore by handling receiving, storage, picking, packing, stock movement, and documentation tasks. This role also assists with system updates, basic quality checks, and compliance with internal procedures, ensuring smooth logistics flow, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse & Logistics Operations
- Receive, check, label, store, pick, pack, and dispatch goods.
- Perform periodic cycle counts and verify stock balances for accuracy.
- Unstuff and inspect container loads at company warehouses.
- Monitor and verify container unstuffing activities at third-party warehouses.
- Arrange stock transfers between company warehouses (including between Singapore and Malaysia) and third-party warehouses.
- Monitor incoming shipments and prepare storage space in advance.
- Operate forklift/reach truck for stock movement and loading/unloading (valid license required).
- Monitor and report usage/condition of warehouse equipment (forklifts, lift trucks, handling tools).
2. System & Documentation
- Perform accurate and timely transactions in JDE and/or WIMS (including QR code scanning).
- Prepare stock transfer documents, adjustment forms, and maintain warehouse records.
- Track and report incoming/outgoing samples.
3. Quality Control (QC) Support
- Conduct basic checks on incoming and outgoing cargo (e.g., condition, labelling, tagging).
- Report non-conformities and assist in isolating, sorting, and repacking rejected, or quarantine goods.
- Ensure correct tagging of items based on QA status in the system.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse and office environment.
- Monitor pest control services and file service reports.
- Support administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'N'-Level, 'O'-Level, SPM, or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
- Forklift and/or reach truck certification is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy; ERP/WMS experience (JDE, WIMS) preferred.
- Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to balance physical and administrative tasks.
Team player with willingness to learn and adapt to system-based processes

Logistics Officer will monitor and maintain the collation of post-Fam(Familiarisation Operations Team) feedback from the Fam participants and tourist guides.
Depending on the market they are assigned to, Logistics Officer Officers shall work with assigned project or country managers
Logistics Officer shall carry out the logistical arrangements indicated in the itinerary drafted in a timely and professional manner
All logistical arrangements must be executed in accordance with procurement guidelines
Booking and hiring transport and licensed tourist guide(s)/Fixer

Logistics Officer shall liaise with relevant parties to arrange for complimentary or sponsored tickets, accommodation

Logistics Officer shall adhere to all finance and procurement procedures including the cutting of Purchase Orders in the Workday and GeBIZ systems
Requirements:

- 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience in admin and logistics arrangements, preferably for tours in a travel or event company
