We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join the team as a Community Outreach Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving multi-pass sales, crafting and modifying our current corporate MP product segment, maintaining a quality lead pipeline, and exploring opportunities to cross-sell products including wall installation and equipment sales. He/She will also be responsible for ensuring counter resources are available for all operations and crew members, working with Gym Operations to ensure the viability and effectiveness of accounts brought in, and maintaining a good system of record keeping.
The Executive will also be responsible for assisting in partnership and collaboration efforts, serving as a Duty Officer/Crew on a rotating basis, and coordinating and executing programmes related to accounts brought in. He/She will work closely with the Course Lead to ensure programme viability and success, and review and improve the programmes based on ground feedback.
This role reports to the Sales Manager and handles sales and services under Climb Asia Group. It is an immediate opening and requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to work well under pressure. Job Responsibilities
Primary/Immediate
- Increase multi-pass sales from corporate companies, schools, and government agencies
- Craft and modify current corporate MP product segment
- Maintain a quality lead pipeline
- Follow up with MP buyers to increase their usage
- Explore opportunities to cross-sell products
- Utilize underutilized capacities across gyms and opening hours
- Follow the MP sales framework closely
- Manage the process from quotation to invoicing and payment/accounts receivable

- Work with Operations to ensure the viability and effectiveness of accounts
