  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and online forms,

Preferred Requirements

We welcome applicants who possess:

  • Previous experience working with seniors, preferably in a caregiving or outreach capacity,
  • Knowledge of Malay language, enabling effective communication with Malay-speaking seniors,
  • Skills in administration, data entry and basic Microsoft applications,
  • Ability to work independently, conducting home visits and outreach activities without direct supervision.

Community & Outreach Executive

Role: Community & Outreach Executive

Salary: Non-commission basis

Report to: Sales Manager > Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join the team as a Community Outreach Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving multi-pass sales, crafting and modifying our current corporate MP product segment, maintaining a quality lead pipeline, and exploring opportunities to cross-sell products including wall installation and equipment sales. He/She will also be responsible for ensuring counter resources are available for all operations and crew members, working with Gym Operations to ensure the viability and effectiveness of accounts brought in, and maintaining a good system of record keeping.

The Executive will also be responsible for assisting in partnership and collaboration efforts, serving as a Duty Officer/Crew on a rotating basis, and coordinating and executing programmes related to accounts brought in. He/She will work closely with the Course Lead to ensure programme viability and success, and review and improve the programmes based on ground feedback.

This role reports to the Sales Manager and handles sales and services under Climb Asia Group. It is an immediate opening and requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to work well under pressure. Job Responsibilities

Primary/Immediate

  • Increase multi-pass sales from corporate companies, schools, and government agencies
  • Craft and modify current corporate MP product segment
  • Maintain a quality lead pipeline
  • Follow up with MP buyers to increase their usage
  • Explore opportunities to cross-sell products
  • Utilize underutilized capacities across gyms and opening hours
  • Follow the MP sales framework closely
  • Manage the process from quotation to invoicing and payment/accounts receivable
  • Submit monthly reports for programme tracking

Operations (Immediate)

  • Ensure counter resources are available for all operations and crew members for accounts brought in
  • Work with Operations to ensure the viability and effectiveness of accounts
  • Maintain a good system of record keeping and counter resources
  • Monitor effective use of RGP functions

Partnership and Collaboration (Ongoing)

  • Handle Climb Central partnership and collaboration

Duty Officer/Crew (Ongoing)

  • 1–2 times a week

Programmes Coordination and Execution (Pending Programmes)

  • Coordinate programmes related to accounts brought in
  • Work with Course Lead to ensure operational viability
  • Collaborate with Course Lead to improve programmes
  • Plan and conduct instructor training at a later stage
  • Ensure programmes are successfully executed with course lead and instructors
  • Set up RGP payment systems, update website calendar
  • Review and improve programmes based on ground feedback
