Project Delivery:
Assemble and lead project teams in collaboration with ABeam Singapore, other SEA offices, and Japan HQ

Provide hands-on consulting services, problem-solving, and delivering results
Apply ABeam Singapore’s methodologies for IT implementation projects and deliver solutions throughout the project lifecycle
Handle IT Strategy and Business Process Consulting projects, including IT Strategy & Planning, Business Process Optimization, and Large-Scale ERP Implementations
Team Building/ Talent Development:
Recruit and train strategy consultants in alignment with our business expansion plans
Mentor and coach team members in strategy consulting practices to enhance performance and development
Requirements:
Min. Degree in Business, Management or related field
Must have at least 7 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm or the strategy division of a major consulting company.
More than 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically in delivering strategy consulting projects. Candidate with expertise in healthcare, manufacturing or retail industries will have a competitive advantage
Proven experience in Strategic Consulting with a focus on one or more of the following areas: Business Strategy, New Business Generation, Existing Business Transformation, Corporate Management and M&A
Knowledge in green transformation is a plus
Ability to build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners
Confidence in communicating and presenting at a business level to clients with a multinational background
Experience in IT planning and implementation projects, particularly in SAP projects, as a Project Manager, PMO, or Change Management Lead is an added advantage

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES**
Supports initiatives in partnership with the Asia Pacific Consumer Operations Leadership team to drive change across the organization.
+ Assist in strategy communications, coordination, and ad-hoc requests
+ Develop and implement projects, ensuring timely milestone delivery
+ Support research, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making
+ Define key milestones, roles & responsibilities, and track progress
+ Engage with stakeholders and contribute to strategy sessions
**JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
We are looking for university student who is passionate, committed, and keen to establish a career in the Planning & Services team with the following attributes:
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Ability to work in group settings and/or independently.
+ Ability to prioritize and multi-task several projects.
+ Demonstrates problem solving skills.
+ Demonstrates creativity and innovation
+ Taking the initiative to be proactive and requires minimal supervision
**QUALIFICATION STANDARD**
+ **Education:**
+ Undergraduate in Social Sciences, Business Management, Economics or Marketing preferred
+ **Requirements:**
+ Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass / work holiday pass
+ Eligible for undergraduate in a Singapore registered university program / undergraduate or graduate of a university in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom or United States.
+ Prepared to commit to a six months' internship
+ **Grooming:**
+ All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Marriott standards.
