Your Key Responsibilities
- The Business Transformation team focuses on strategy, future operating models, experience design, platforms, innovation and execution. The sheer nature of wide scope of work will require you to collaborate across teams to bring the best of EY to solve the client's problem statements
- Support senior team in developing new content for our clients which can include market research/sizing, as well as creating scalable digital solutions that solve teething client issues
- Prepare timely, quality output and deliverables per client's needs
- Participate in business development activities and create client pitches and proposals
- Form part of our client project delivery teams where you will manage deliverables, analyze data, prepare presentations and design solutions

To Qualify for the role, you must have
- An attitude to learn, approach problems head on, to be willing to roll your sleeves up to find solutions
- Experience in the banking or insurance industry, or with a fintech, or as an internal/external consultant working on strategy, business transformation, program management, product, operations and/or technology projects
- Structured problem solving, quantitative analysis, and storylining skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in collaborative and client-facing environments
- Strong business analysis experience
- Financial analysis skills will be an advantage
Ideally, you should also have
- Experience with working across functions and stakeholders in consumer, commercial, transaction, investment or private banking
- Experience of working with various stakeholders in the Insurance ecosystem
- Knowledge of key problems faced by banks or insurers and ideas how some of these can be solved through automation and digitalisation

a) Build understanding of the suite of Govtech's ready-to-use GenAI and automation solutions (Like AiBots, Plumber) through developing engaging presentations, infographics and communications.
b) Expand onboarding of identified Forms and processes to automate workflows, and build and test chatbots using custom documents.
c) Explore last mile implementation of innovative workflow and process improvement initiatives - Establish connections with systems through webhooks and API to ensure seamless and integrated processing experience.
d) Collaborate with other interns to explore opportunities to scale ongoing efforts and evaluate potential use for AI Agents in our processes.
What we are looking for
Strong interest and appreciation of the GenAI wave, understanding its potential and possibilities across various use cases.
Proficiency in coding and familiarity with low code and no code automation tools.
Ability to effectively communicate with users, and take a systems view across different intitiatives to explore synergies.
