Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Dental Surgery Assistant to join our team at our dental practice in Farrer Road, Singapore. As a Dental Surgery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our dental professionals and ensuring the smooth running of our dental practice.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting dentists during dental procedures, handing instruments, mixing materials, and managing the clinical environment. They will also be responsible for sterilizing and maintaining dental equipment, instruments, and supplies.

• Dental Procedure Assistance: Assist dentists during dental procedures by handing instruments, mixing materials, and managing the clinical environment
• Sterilization and Maintenance: Sterilize and maintain dental equipment, instruments, and supplies
• Patient Interaction: Greet patients, manage appointment scheduling, and handle patient inquiries and administrative tasks
• Patient Records: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of patient information

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

• Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Dental Surgery Assistant or in a similar healthcare support role
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and the dental team

Dental Assistant:

• Assist the Dentist during dental treatments and procedures
• Maintaining overall hygiene standard
• Assist dentist to prep patients for X-ray
• Disinfect and sterilize instruments and equipment's
• Perform general housekeeping to ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms
• Maintain appropriate levels of dental supplies in clinic
• Prepare materials, dental instruments, and equipment's as required
• Prepare cases to be sent out to third party Labs
• Attend to incoming calls and provide customer service for patients at front desk
• Admit and discharge patients
• Provide post-operative care for patients after procedures
• Schedule patient's appointments

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
