- Prepare payment claims and verify payments to sub-contractors, ensuring all variations to the contract are captured and tracked.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the tender documents, master drawings, and specifications.
- Provide guidance on bidding quantity calculation to other bids staff.
- Prepare tender bills of quantities and ensure their accuracy.
- Responsible for subcontract negotiations, organizing and coordinating the process.
- Collect, sort, and check other bidding calculations of quantities.
- Responsible for creating comprehensive unit price tables according to subcontract prices.
- Complete bidding quotation lists and submit them for review.
- Archive tender offer data for future reference.
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in main-contractor field.
- Able to source sub-contractors for quotations.
- Able to assist superiors in providing substantiation for Vo claims.
- Post-contract or mixed development projects experience preferred.
- Relevant experience in Buildings, Commercial, Mixed Development projects.
- Familiarity with Glodon software a plus.
