The LS-SWIFT Division of KLA's Global Products Group provides patterned wafer inspection systems for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for optical alignment, optical system integration, test and characterization
• Define system and subsystem specifications
• Document manufacturing procedures
• Provide training to manufacturing engineers and technicians
• Derive and manage detailed manufacturing requirements and introduction plans in the design concept phase
• Cover all aspects of the manufacturing introduction, including design for manufacturability, quality, tooling, training, process documentation, product structure, build process optimization and facilities requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in optical alignment and characterization
• Familiar with Python and JavaScript would be a plus
• Extensive hands-on experience in building/testing optical inspection or metrology tools
• Strong diagnostic and trouble shooting skills in optics, and opto-mechanics
• Team player with good communication skills

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor, MSc or PhD in applied optics, applied physics or related disciplines, preferably with >5 years of working experiences

We are seeking skilled professionals to design and develop power electronic systems and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of power electronics theory and applications, as well as proficiency in circuit design simulation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop power electronic converters including AC-DC, DC-DC such as Totem-pole PFC, T-type, Vienna Rectifier, LLC, Buck, Boost, SR Flyback, etc.
• Perform calculations, simulations, and modeling using tools like LTspice, PSIM, Mathcad, etc.
• Select and evaluate power components such as SiC, GaN MOSFETs, IGBTs, capacitors, resistors, magnetics, etc.
• Develop control algorithms for power converters and implement them on embedded platforms.
• Conduct thermal, EMI/EMC analysis to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, firmware, and mechanical engineers.
• Support prototyping, testing, and validation of power electronic systems.
• Document designs, test procedures, and report test results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Power Electronics and 2-5 years of industry experience.
• Strong understanding of power electronics theory and applications.
• Proficiency in circuit design simulation tools.
• Experience in embedded systems and digital control of power converters.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards, including UL, IEC, ISO, etc.
