Working Hours
- 42-hour work week with 30 minutes lunch break daily
- No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
- Personnel must have flexibility to start duty at either 6:30 AM or 9:00 AM (timing to be arranged upon award)
The selected personnel will be required to provide Operations Support Services , including but not limited to:
- Maintaining general cleanliness of the school and equipment (e.g., sweeping, mopping floors)
- Locking and unlocking classrooms and other rooms in the school
- Assisting in security-related duties as required
- Providing logistical support for school-based activities/functions (e.g., carrying, transporting, and arranging furniture/equipment)
- Assisting in daily school operations (e.g., accompanying vendors or contractors to ensure services are delivered properly)
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the school
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess
- Minimum Primary School Education and above
- Ability to understand and converse in simple English and one Mother Tongue language
- Positive attitude and willingness to cooperate with school staff
- Competence in handling assigned operational and support duties
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning or logistical support work

- Support the RGM in planning, organizing and managing operational support functions
- Coordinate, consolidate management reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to relevant stakeholders

- Initiate and implement process/ productivity enhancements where possible
- Lead and coordinate general and administrative tasks
- Undertake any additional responsibilities or projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in supporting senior management, administrative operations, or office coordination
- Exposure to regional coordination will be an added advantage
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
