Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in event coordination, operations support, or community engagement; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered
- Familiarity with MOM's Foreign Employee Dormitories Act (FEDA) regulations
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work respectfully with migrant workers, vendors, and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds

- As the Quality Management representative of the company, ensures conformance and compliance to the ISO 9001 QMS procedures.
- Attends to Clients as the Single Point of Contact for the appointed zone.
- Handles customer enquiries via telephone and email enquiries.
- Executes billing related activities.
- Works closely with Area Managers on operational plans to ensure productivity KPIs are met.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
