Role Objective

Business Leader
- Partner with Operations Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure maintained and maximized.
- Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfil the needs of the business, team and guests.
People Leader
- Leads by example and inspires staff in daily operations and guest experience.
- Provides constant feedback to drive individual growth in partnership with the Brand and Operations & Visual Managers.
- Use company performance tools to evaluate and drive improvement to the operational processes.
Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising Manager to ensure cross-functional training, and Sales & Service teams to ensure the business is well-executed.
- Execute company-level operations-focused directives, projects and initiates, in partnership with the Operations & Visual Manager (e.g. stock replenishment, new colour launches).
- Support on cashiering responsibilities, daily cash floats, ensuring all cashier equipment and systems are functioning properly.
- Perform sales reconciliation and investigate discrepancies, implementing preventative measures to mitigate financial losses.
- Safeguard cash, assets, and store keys, ensuring adherence to company policies by all team members.
- Any other ad hoc responsibilities assigned as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a client-focused, sales-driven environment, with demonstrated leadership abilities preferred.
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members, fostering individual and team growth.

Role Description
