About Sanctions Screening Center of Excellence (SSCoE): The Center of Excellence for economic sanctions monitoring is part of Global Payment Operations (GPO).
SSCoE serves BAML's eight lines of business, delivering global, regional and local capabilities through secure, fast and reliable technology, and people with the knowledge and experience to deliver timely and accurate review of all sanctions alerts across all products of Bank of America.
Team also has the responsibility to provide support to client facing teams and clients where needed to educate on compliance program, drive better quality of data defining the customer and their day-to-day banking transactions.
GPO is the central hub for Bank of America in playing a monumental and mission critical role in establishing, servicing, supporting and monitoring two of the most widely used electronic payment processing vehicles - Wire and ACH - in the financial services arena worldwide.
GPO is also accountable for the SSCoE (Sanctions Screening Center of Excellence) that reviews all of Bank of America's customers and transactions to ensure compliance with Bank of America's Economic Sanctions Program.
There are two Models used for Sanctions Screening purposes using two different vendor products (Fircosoft & Netreveal) and all rules and detections related to creation and suppression of alerts is handled by SSCoE Filter Support team.
COE Level 3 review of sanction alerts generated on customer or transactional data contents - typically referred to as Relationship Screening and Transactional Screening.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Advises on the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using discretionary judgment
+ Advises on projects and directs activities of a team related to special initiatives
+ Advises as a technical expert in assigned area, providing an understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function
+ Consults on present-state, develops alternative future-state approaches, and facilitates implementations by creating a clear and coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control

Job Description
+ Managing project teams, including both internal and external resources in the design, development and delivery of client solutions.
+ Leading teams to review and analyze client requirements or challenges and develop associated proposals that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction.
+ Managing the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications including overall bid integrity.
+ Developing project plan with timelines and deliverables and leading project to successful completion, on-time and on-budget, from start to finish with limited senior management guidance.
+ Recommending improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
+ Serving as key point of contact with client.
+ Providing high level input to, and ensuring the development of, client reports and presentations and delivering all or significant portions of findings to client.
+ Developing and/or elevating new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads.
+ Proactively strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing.
+ Proactively mentor, coach and share subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients.
**Skills & Experience**
+ 5+ years of healthcare consulting experience, or 8+ years of general consulting experience.
+ Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing.
+ Strong capability in managing large and/or multiple projects and juggling priorities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes.
+ Experience working in sizable/ multi-disciplined teams and leading staff.
+ Experience in developing credible relationships with senior level managers and executives in the life sciences industry.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
+ Ability to contribute to business development through the identification of leads, development of proposals etc
+ Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the life sciences industries.
+ Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques.
+ Demonstrable experience in and commitment to the life sciences and/or healthcare industries.
+ A track record of leadership and people development.
+ Fluency in English (spoken and written).
+ A willingness and ability to travel for work.
