Healthcare Crisis & Operational Planning Executive (2-Years Contract)
Act as the lead coordinator for operational resilience and security, engaging with key stakeholders and agencies to ensure alignment with national and industry standards
Develop, implement, and maintain frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures for operational readiness and security
Advise on operational and infrastructure requirements for new initiatives or facilities
Lead and coordinate table-top and full-scale exercises/ drills to test and refine operational readiness plans, and manage post-exercise reviews and improvement plans
Establish and lead security governance committees to oversee risk mitigation initiatives
Liaise with external partners, including public agencies, to coordinate training, awareness programmes, and joint exercises
Develop and track KPIs and operational reports to measure the effectiveness of resilience and security operations, and drive continuous improvement
Participate in cross-agency working groups and special projects as required
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s Degree level in Public Safety/ Emergency Planning/ Security/ Public Health or related studies
1 - 3 years of working experience in operations/ resilience planning, preferably in healthcare environment
Proven ability to plan and lead operational readiness exercises and implement improvements
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience managing relationships across agencies and teams
Competence in applying data analytics to operational and security planning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to work outside standard hours for exercises or incident response

Role Overview
The Operational Planning Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and execution of national cybersecurity operations. The position requires a background in cybersecurity, strategic planning, and operational execution. The officer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and enhance cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
Develop national cyber defense policies, doctrines, standards, and guidelines
to defend Singapore against cyber attacks and respond effectively. This includes creating mitigation strategies to enhance cybersecurity posture and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Implement national cybersecurity operational plans

Coordinate cybersecurity responses

Lead and provide guidance

Qualifications
Relevant degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, economics, or equivalent.
Experience in cybersecurity operational planning, incident response, or related skills (network security, digital forensics) is advantageous.
Interest in developing cybersecurity knowledge and skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear incident reports.
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
Professional cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
