Key Responsibilities:
- Establish plans and strategies to meet manufacturing performance indices

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent. A minimum of 6 years of semiconductor wafer fab operational experience with technical expertise in diffusion/CMP process is required. Experience in process control in oxide CMP process is also essential.
