As part of Silver Bullion and The Safe House’s growth objectives, we are looking for a highly motivated candidate who will co-develop and manage the company’s IT applications.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Co-manage IT applications.
Manage and fulfill user requests (issues and enhancements) for Silver Bullion’s IT applications, e.g. Silver Bullion website, internal applications.
Ensure that platforms are resilient and are performing optimally.
Develop new IT applications (both customer-facing and internal applications), in partnership with accounting, customer service, marketing, and sales departments.
Provide recommendations to the team on IT matters.
Serve walk-in customers (on occasion) and fulfill bullion orders.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of web development experience (server-side) preferred. Some client-side experience will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
An ability to listen to users’ and customers’ concerns, and respond in a confident and straightforward manner.
A knack for effectively prioritizing and scheduling requests.
Self-starting with minimal supervision necessary.
Owns mistakes and takes responsibility without making himself/herself and others wrong.
