Preventive Maintenance
- To conduct preventive maintenance in accordance to the standard maintenance checklist
- Provide logistical support, ensuring an acceptable quantity of spare units
- To ensure all system documentation is up-to-date
- Network Matters
Corrective Maintenance
- To conduct corrective maintenance timely in accordance to SLA
- Attend to fault cases referred by the helpdesk
- Provide update of system status to the relevant parties
- Provide 24/7 support for critical cases to meet customers' operational requirements
Ad-hoc works
- Installation/Removal of equipment from boat or vehicle
- Implementation of additional hardware/software testing
- Software patches update
Requirements:
- Nitec or Diploma in Infocomm Technology
- Applicants with no experience are welcome to apply
- Familiar with Windows 10 and sensor systems eg. Radar,AIS,Video cameras
- Candidates with CCNA will be an added advantage
- Familiar with Government Data Centre environment (Preferred but not essential)
- Willing to perform standby (rotating team basis)
