What We Look For:
5-7 years of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration/ Fire Protection systems within the Marine or offshore Market covering field sales and knowledge of business development, opportunity, and pipeline management. Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals. Proven track record of achieving results and closing deals.
Responsible and accountable for end-to-end ownership of sales. This includes short terms and long-term strategy for business, owning the product portfolio, identifying customer needs and creating strong value proposition to serve these needs.
Make marketing and service sales presentation to owners as required. Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels like networking, utilizing internal and market data and social media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/ local language) to effectively convey value propositions and build relationships with potential clients.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and sales techniques to stay ahead in the market.
Knowledge on compressors, chillers, refrigeration, fire systems preferred.

Your main responsibilities:
The GKAM will develop, engage and grow the selected Key Accounts globally. The candidate needs to develop the key account strategy, deep dive analysis and action plan aiming at achieving collaboration, preferred supplier agreements and grow impact with key accounts at global level.
In daily work, he/she needs to work closely with a matrix sales organization to be able to focus on both HQ level and local level and ensure alignment between key functions such as regional sales and external parties such as consultants, contractors, OEMs and end-users.

Your background:
Minimum of a bachelor’s in engineering or business. Engineering and commercially combined educational background are preferred.
At least 5 years of relevant experience from a large international company working in a similar role towards semiconductors in Korea, Taiwan or Singapore.
Ideally coming from a global semiconductor or equipment manufacturer supplying to them
Industry background – good understanding of industry trends and production processes in semiconductor industry is preferred.
Multilingual: English proficiency with Mandarin and/or Korean proficiency
Trilingual is a plus
