Overview
You will be responsible for accurate dispensing of medication as per Doctors' prescription and good upkeep of the pharmacy for clinic operational readiness. The incumbent needs to maintain highest standard in clinical, operation and service quality.
Key accountabilities- Prepare, receive, screening of medication as indicated in prescription for completeness and accuracy from the system
- Ensure proper dispensing protocol and precautionary measures as stated in according to company's guidelines
- Ensure pre-packing of medication is done systematically and accurately in terms of items and quantities required, with correct labelling and documentation
- Provide optimal customer service at all times, good knowledge of MIMS, ensuring patients know correct dosage to be taken
