Job Summary

Reporting to the Project Manager or Site Manager, the Architectural Supervisor will oversee Structural and Architectural works on site. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, handling suppliers, and resolving issues on site. The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning, programming, and monitoring work progress, as well as ensuring site safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all Structural and Architectural works on site.
• Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handle suppliers' and sub-contractors' problems on site.
• Responsible for planning, programming, and monitoring of work progress on site.
• Liaise with client's representative, relevant authorities, and consultants for the execution of work.
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in residential building projects.
• Familiarity with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry.

• Make sure all deliveries are done safely and on time.
• Help with loading and unloading furniture when needed

• Familiar with furniture making or carpentry work
• Valid driving license (must be able to drive a lorry)
• Experience in supervising site work will be an advantage

• Coordinate with the Costing, M&E, and Business Departments to fulfill all tender requirements efficiently.
• Collaborate with Construction Department staff in planning, particularly in areas related to tender strategy and EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) compliance.
• Attend subcontractor and supplier workshop meetings related to tenders and ensure all necessary preparations are completed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD for planning and documentation purposes.

• Ensuring the enforcement of safety protocols throughout all on-site operations, including pre-planning, reviewing safe work plans, preparing site work documentation, and monitoring safe work practices during execution.
• Work At Height Certificate is essential
• Securing project deliverables according to contracts with clients and vendors and fulfilling responsibilities outlined in the Project Execution Plan.
• Reviewing site activity plans, assisting in resolving scheduling conflicts, and prioritizing work fronts.
