Reporting to the Project Manager or Site Manager, the Architectural Supervisor will oversee Structural and Architectural works on site. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, handling suppliers, and resolving issues on site. The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning, programming, and monitoring work progress, as well as ensuring site safety.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee all Structural and Architectural works on site.
- Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handle suppliers' and sub-contractors' problems on site.
- Responsible for planning, programming, and monitoring of work progress on site.
- Liaise with client's representative, relevant authorities, and consultants for the execution of work.
- Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk.
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in residential building projects.
- Familiarity with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry.
