Acknowledged Degree in Architecture or equivalent;

- Well-versed in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines;
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture;
- Completed BCA Academy's BIM Modeling and BIM Management would be an added advantage;
