We are currently seeking aService & Repair Technicianto join ourAerospaceteam in ourSingaporeoffice.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Repair and overhaul (Disassemble, Clean, Inspection, Assemble and test) on Honeywell APU Accessories LRUs (Pneumatic valves, oil/Fuel pumps, electrical starters, wire harness).
Operate and maintain company provided measuring apparatus, tools and equipment.
Perform 5S and TPM on work area, tooling and equipment.
Ensures that work carried out meets the required quality as stated in the respective engine manuals and technical documents.
Comply with company HSE rules and procedures.
MUST HAVE:
Must have at least a NTC Aerospace Technology/ Engineering certificate or higher.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2-5 years’ experience in Aerospace Industry is preferred
Basic computer skills
Able to read, write and communicate in English.

Strong team player with good interpersonal communication skills
Candidates who are willing to work OT (with OT pay)
Committed and willing to work long hours.
Strong mechanical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bench fitting repair on aero engine hardware in accordance with approved manuals and repair documents. Meet drawing specifications requirements using various air tools, shop equipment, and hand tools.
- Familiar with different insert requirement on aero-engine hardware.
- General knowledge of usage of air tools, shop equipment and hand tools.
- Inspect finished product.
- Ensures that work carried out meets the required quality as stated in the respective manuals and technical documents.
- Practice 5S principals and maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
- Initiates & implements continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and quality.
MUST HAVE:
- Min 3-5 years bench fitting experience in various aero-engine parts.
- Must be able to interpret blueprint drawings and use of aircraft component manuals and/or publications.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal communication skills.
- Committed and willing to work in bench fitting environment.
- Good understanding of 5S and TPM concepts.
- Must have basic computer skills. Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Experience and understanding of Six Sigma and Lean tools will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work on permanent night shift

- Review and generate APU Configuration and Service Bulletin Modification sheet for in-house repaired engines.
- Perform APU final physical inspection in accordance with respective approved manuals and repair documents.
- Perform inspection of APU shop visit maintenance records (routings, test sheets, etc) and technical data, in accordance with approved manual, and customer workscope requirements.
- Support other department in relevant Quality inspection work or any other duties as assigned.
- Prepare, update and maintain shop visit documentation, compliance checklist and logs for internal stakeholders and customers.
- Perform release of ARC for B3, C7 and any other C rating as qualified. (CAAS, FAA, EASA, CAAC, etc)
- Initiates & implements continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and quality.
- Support other department in relevant jobs and any other duties as assigned.
- Experience in performing inspection of aero engine assemblies, LRUs and hardware parts.
- Familiar with applicable Regulatory regulations Part 145 and rules from (CAAS, EASA, FAA, CAAC, JCAB, CAAT, CAAB, CAAM, DGCA INDONESIA, CAAP, CAAV) including their Manuals (Exposition)/Supplements and capability lists, training manuals, TAM/MIP arrangements.
- Experience in Human Factors and SMS in Aviation Maintenance.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal communication skills.
- Committed and willing to work long hours. Able to work on shift hours.
- Must be able to interpret blueprint drawings and use of engine/component manuals and/or publications.
- Good understanding of 5S and TPM concepts.
- Must have intermediate computer skills. Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Experience and understanding of Six Sigma and Lean tools will be an added advantage.
- GCE O Level or NTC certificate or higher and be able to read, write and communicate in English;
- Must have CAAS papers or equivalent, to qualify as signatory in B3 and C7 rating for CAAS, FAA, EASA and other regulatory.

We are currently seeking a **Service & Repair Technician (Component/APU LRU)** to join our **Aerospace** team in our **Gul Circle, Singapore** office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Review and generate Component/APU LRU Configuration and Service Bulletin Modification sheet for in-house repaired engines.
+ Perform Component/APU LRU final physical inspection in accordance with respective approved manuals and repair documents.
+ Perform inspection of Component/APU LRU shop visit maintenance records (routings, test sheets, etc) and technical data, in accordance with approved manual, and customer workscope requirements.
+ Support other department in relevant Quality inspection work or any other duties as assigned.
+ Prepare, update and maintain shop visit documentation, compliance checklist and logs for internal stakeholders and customers.
+ Perform release of ARC for B3, C7 and any other C rating as qualified. (CAAS, FAA, EASA, CAAC, etc)
+ Initiates & implements continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and quality.
+ Support other department in relevant jobs and any other duties as assigned.
**MUST HAVE:**
+ Must have at least a NTC Aerospace Technology/ Engineering certificate or higher.
+ Experience in performing inspection of aero engine assemblies, LRUs and hardware parts.
+ Familiar with applicable Regulatory regulations Part 145 and rules from (CAAS, EASA, FAA, CAAC, JCAB, CAAT, CAAB, CAAM, DGCA INDONESIA, CAAP, CAAV) including their Manuals (Exposition)/Supplements and capability lists, training manuals, TAM/MIP arrangements.
+ Must be able to interpret blueprint drawings and use of engine/component manuals and/or publications.
+ Good understanding of 5S and TPM concepts.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform Machining and bench fitting repair on aero engine hardware in accordance with approved manuals and repair documents. Meet drawing and dimensional specifications requirements using various air tools, shop equipment, and hand tools.
+ Proficient in Vertical Milling is a must (conventional and CNC assist).
+ Additional skill in lathe is a plus (conventional and CNC assist).
+ Ability to do simple CNC programming would be a plus.
+ General knowledge of usage of air tools, shop equipment and hand tools.
+ Inspect finished product and accurately use various industry standard measuring tools.
+ Ensures that work carried out meets the required quality as stated in the respective manuals and technical documents.
+ Perform equipment maintenance via establish TPM guidelines.
+ Practice 5S principals and maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
