As a Technical Director, you will lead and manage the project and technical deliverables of various energy projects, including renewables, bioenergy, biomass, waste-to-energy, power plants, onshore/offshore and underground infrastructure developments. Key Responsibilities:

- Supports the energy business operation activities including business development and prospecting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: An honour Degree in Engineering from a recognized University is required, along with at least 15 years of experience in managing and design engineering of plants, energy-related projects, marine and infrastructure projects.
- Required experience:
- Candidates with professional engineering or chartered engineering certification are preferred.
- Experience in power plants, infrastructure and marine facilities' design would be an added advantage.
- Conversant in local Singapore Codes, Eurocodes, BS Codes, NFPA, API.
- Conversant with local authorities' requirement and submission.
- Able to perform feasibility study, conceptual, FEED and detailed design using commercial software, excel spreadsheet, etc.
- Able to lead diversified and multi-disciplinary design teams.
- Able to project manage assigned projects independently and possess strong presentation, communication and report writing skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Able to travel for overseas projects at short notice.
- Good team ethics and communication skills.
- Able to work with a diversified team and teams across local and regional borders, well-organised and able to work well in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong writing skills, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to be an independent problem solver.
