Newly created role supporting a group of C-suites and alongside a lean business support team.
Due to the nature of the work and type of communication required, comfort with the Mandarin language is required.
Responsibilities
Active engagement with headquarter and stakeholders in Singapore office. There would be business events involving delegates from HQ requiring your coordination and participation. Awareness of protocols for handling such event delegates would be preferred. The day to day executive secretary scope would be included such as travel arrangements, coordinating communication and logistics etc.
Requirements
You bring at least 4 years experience either in an executive secretarial or corporate communications (Mandarin involved) background due to stakeholders involved. Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

- Broad knowledge of banking products and services, including markets and treasury products, trade, and cash management.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues, including risk and product partners, to deliver suitable solutions to your clients, leveraging on the Bank’s network and capabilities.
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

• Implement, and monitor strategies, policies and programs that promote sustainability development relating to environment protection and management and the ISO management systems.
• Advise and oversee all environmental related matters
• Ensure corporate compliance with environmental legislation and lenders’ requirements in environmental due diligence, liaising with relevant authorities on environmental issues
• Implement ISO Management Systems 140001 to ensure alignment to the Integrated Management System (IMS) embracing all the ISO Management Systems that include ISO 9001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 management systems
• Project corporate social responsible citizenship and build rapport with the community
• Manage daily disposal of general wastes and weekly pest control
• Water and Energy Conservation and resources optimization
• Contractors’ management, supervision and control
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
• Diploma in Chemical / Environmental Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3-7 years’ experience in technical environment and disciplines preferably in the power industry
• Strong interest in environmental management, environmental issues and climate change
• Familiar with local environmental regulations and recognised international environmental standards
• Understanding of combustion processes specifically exhaust gas air emissions and able to analyse technical reports
• Contract and Contractors’ management and supervision
• Knowledge in applicable Acts/Regulations and compliance
• WSH rules and risk regulation, environment and security compliance.
• Enforcement of Permit-to-Work and control
• Competent in handling chemical/oil spill response, safe handling of natural gas, confined space, work-at-height, earthwork requirements, business continuity etc

Focused on utility-scale clean energy projects, the company is actively developing solar, wind, and storage assets across key markets including Japan, India, and Southeast Asia. Description
- Drive liquidity management and optimize capital deployment across development phases
- Create and maintain FX exposure profiles; propose and execute hedging strategies
- Act as point of contact with global banking partners on FX, treasury, and funding matters
- Support project financing and structuring in collaboration with the investment team
- Oversee working capital, cash flow forecasting, and day-to-day treasury operations
- Partner closely with the CFO and play a key role in strategic treasury decision-making
Profile
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- 5-8 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking, ideally with regional exposure
- Strong understanding of FX hedging instruments and liquidity management strategies
- Confident in engaging with banks and senior stakeholders
- Adaptable and intellectually curious, with a strong sense of ownership in high-growth environments
