About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Safety and Health Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations, as well as implementing and monitoring safety procedures at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce workplace safety and health policies in compliance with Singapore and Malaysian regulations (DOSH, OSHA, FMA).
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Develop, review, and update the Safety and Health Plan (SHP), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and other safety documentation.

Requirements

- Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with MOM (Singapore) and DOSH Malaysia .
- At least 2 years of experience in construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Good knowledge of WSH regulations (Singapore) and OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and other Malaysian safety regulations.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
- Able to formulate Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
- Able to formulate the Safety Management Plan
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and a good team member.
- This is a six-day work per week.

- Education:
Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) certification (if required by jurisdiction).
- Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant EHS experience (for officer level).
Experience in construction and/or facilities industries.
- Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of EHS laws, regulations, and standards.

Element have an opportuity for a Safety Officer. In this role, you will be developing knowledge of and be trained in Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE). The position will focus time on multiple responsibilities between a primary function along with the SHE support function and will report directly to the location General Manager.
This role is site-based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Act as safety resource to lab team members ,establishing and implementing the Safety Health and Environmental company program ensuring regulatory compliance
