Job Responsibilities:

• Support digital marketing efforts across channels such as Facebook, SEO, content marketing, website maintenance, and social media advertising.

• Assist and report the Project Manager on EHS planning for overall project scope and detailed activities for my client.
• Liaise, handle and keep proper records in dealing with all related authorities in complying with their respective requirements.
• Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with ISO and EHS requirements.
• Handle all accident and incident reports.
• Work as a team with project team members and sub-contractors to provide a safe working environment.

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct routine inspections, audits, and hazard assessments on job sites and facilities.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

• Prepare and maintain risk assessments, safe work procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements and industry standards (e.g., WSH Act, MOM guidelines).
• Keep up-to-date safety records and support safety audits from internal and external parties.

• Conduct toolbox talks, site safety briefings, and induction sessions for new workers and contractors.
• Organize and lead safety drills (fire, evacuation, rescue) and emergency preparedness programs.
• Promote safe behavior and contribute to building a positive safety culture on the ground.

• Provide on-site safety support during critical maintenance works, especially for confined spaces, hot work, and work at heights.
• Coordinate closely with project and maintenance teams to plan for safe execution of tasks.
• Ensure all workers are properly equipped with PPE and safety equipment is in good working condition.

• Minimum Level C in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) is required.
• Additional certifications (e.g., First Aid, ISO 45001, Work at Height Assessor) are a plus.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a safety role, preferably within engineering maintenance, construction, or industrial environments.

• Strong knowledge of local WSH legislation and safety practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to conduct briefings and interface with workers and management.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in resolving safety issues.

• Site-based role with regular inspections and walkabouts at project locations.
• May involve working in hot, noisy, or confined environments.
• Must be available for emergency response and weekend/night work when required.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Workplace Safety and Health Management System
• Identify potential safety and health risks and conduct routine inspections & audits
• Advise and implement effective risk mitigation plans and safe work procedures
• Advise subcontractors and liaise with regulatory authorities regarding safety matters or any complaints/feedback
• Maintain safety documentation, including safety inspection reports and audit findings.
• Identify training needs and conduct safety training sessions
• Establish and review regularly WSHE plans (i.e. Fall Prevention Plan, Public Safety Plan, Lifting Plan etc.)
• Monitor and improve WSHE performance, including identifying unsafe conditions.
• Lead investigations into workplace incidents and recommend preventive measures.
• Mentor new safety personnel and oversee Safe Management Officers
• Perform duties as Fire Safety Manager

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Workplace Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• Must be a registered WSH Officer & Environmental Control officer
• Possess a Specialist Diploma in WSH
• Possess minimum 5 years of relevant safety personnel experience
