Job Description
- Process sales orders accurately and coordinate product shipments in a timely manner.
- Prepare and manage shipping and export documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure all data is kept up-to-date in internal systems.
- Liaise with internal departments such as logistics and finance to support end-to-end order fulfillment.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales and engineering teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to customer orders, account discrepancies, or documentation errors.
- Monitor and follow up on customer payment matters, ensuring prompt recovery of overdue payments.
- Support process improvements by providing feedback and suggestions to streamline internal sales coordination procedures.
- Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Atleast 1 years experience of relevant experience.
- Familiarity in Excel tools.
- Good in communication.
