We are seeking an experienced professional to assume the role of Newbuilding HSE Supervisor. This position requires a strong background in safety management and a deep understanding of shipbuilding processes and regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing safety plans, conducting regular inspections, and promoting a safety culture within the project team.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 20 years of experience in shipbuilding industry construction sites, familiarity of shipyard working environments.

- Regularly organize safety inspections and hazard identification, track corrective measures, and oversee safety training and education for supervision team members and sub-contractors.
- Develop and organize emergency response drills to enhance the team's ability to handle unexpected incidents.
- Monitor shipyard implementation of safety measures to ensure proper execution.
- Promote a project safety culture, advocate safety principles, and regularly organize and conduct safety meetings.
- Prepare project safety reports and maintain safety management-related records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Safety Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a ship-related field.
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
