- The Marine Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient daily marine operations of assigned offshore support vessels, including navigational safety, mooring, dynamic positioning (DP), and deck operations.
- Regular vessel visits, inspections, and audits will be conducted to ensure regulatory and company standard compliance.
- Operational support will be provided to masters and offshore teams to ensure readiness for subsea and diving activities.
- The DP system performance, drills, and compliance with International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) and client requirements will be overseen.
- Incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions will be supported.
- Risk assessments, toolbox talks, and pre-mob briefings for marine-related operations will be participated in.
- Coordination with technical, crewing, and health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) departments will be ensured for seamless operational support.
- Liaison with clients, port authorities, classification societies, and regulatory bodies as required will be performed.
- Maintenance of knowledge of evolving regulations and industry best practices related to offshore and diving support operations will be ensured.
- A Master Mariner Certificate of Competency (CoC) Class 1 or equivalent with sailing experience on offshore support vessels, preferably DSVs or DP vessels is required.
- Prior shore-based experience as a Marine Superintendent or similar role within offshore/marine operations is necessary.
- Strong knowledge of DP operations, IMCA standards, and subsea project requirements is essential.
- Familiarity with International Safety Management (ISM), International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS), Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) codes, marine safety systems, and emergency response planning is desired.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to travel for vessel visits and offshore support as needed is expected.

- ISM internal auditor certified;
- Able to travel as and when required;
- Attend to vessel inspection overseas;
- Attend to client's meeting overseas;
- Interview Deck crew to verify competency;
- Seafaring experience in Deck capacity;
- Microsoft Office, interpersonal, leadership skills;
- English spoken and written compulsory, Basic Bahasa will be an advantage.
