Key Responsibilities- Manage the Director's daily schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and conference calls, while acting as the primary point of contact between the director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared and informed.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism, acting as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper for the Director when handling sensitive information.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required, anticipating needs and proactively addressing potential challenges to support the Director objectives.
- Relevant experience in executive support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work beyond working hours if required.
