About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Director's daily schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and conference calls, while acting as the primary point of contact between the director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared and informed.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism, acting as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper for the Director when handling sensitive information.
