Produce and manage content for marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, emails and social media posts. Ensure all content aligns with PSM's voice and messaging.
Develop comprehensive marketing communications plans that support overall marketing and business objectives and also define key messaging, target audiences, and communication strategies for all campaigns and initiatives.
Content Marketing
Develop preliminary ideas and concepts for innovative design solutions based on stakeholder needs and market opportunities while also collaborate with stakeholders to validate and iterate on design concepts.
Identify key moments of truth and pain points to improve the overall customer experience, then create and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction based on customers feedback.
Analytics and Performance Tracking
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies while also conducting market research to complement consumer data analysis and gain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
Analyse customer behaviour data to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to purchasing habits, preferences, and engagement.

Qualifications
