We are seeking a highly skilled Database Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining SQL Server instances across various environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain SQL Server instances across development, QA, and production environments
  • Configure and support Always-On Availability Groups, failover clusters, and other HA/DR solutions
  • Perform database installations, upgrades, patching, and migrations across SQL Server versions

  • Redesign and automate SQL reports based on business requirements
  • Document resolution steps and best practices in centralized knowledge bases
  • Support UAT data setup for bug fixes and application releases
  • Coordinate deployments to UAT and production environments in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams
  • Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings for approval of DB changes
  • Configure and maintain user roles, permissions, and SQL security policies
  • Provide audit deliverables for internal and external audits
