- Configure and support Always-On Availability Groups, failover clusters, and other HA/DR solutions

- Coordinate with infrastructure teams (e.g., firewall/DNS) to resolve network-related SQL issues
- Set up and maintain automated alerts, health checks, and performance dashboards
- Redesign and automate SQL reports based on business requirements
- Document resolution steps and best practices in centralized knowledge bases
- Support UAT data setup for bug fixes and application releases
- Coordinate deployments to UAT and production environments in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings for approval of DB changes
- Configure and maintain user roles, permissions, and SQL security policies
- Provide audit deliverables for internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards for data integrity and access control
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in database administration
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL Server
- Strong understanding of database security and compliance
