About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have the ability to assess the nutritional needs of patients, provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy and education to patients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• To assess the nutritional needs of patients and develop personalized care plans
• To provide medical nutrition therapy and education to patients and caregivers in both in-patient and out-patient settings
• To work collaboratively with foodservice staff to ensure suitable therapeutic diets are provided

Requirements:

1. A degree in Dietetics or Nutrition with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Dietetics or a Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics recognized by the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA)
2. Full membership with SNDA or any recognized dietetics association
3. At least 2 years of clinical work experience in hospital settings
