To ensure exceptional patient care, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Instructor to join our organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in training and education for nursing staff and students, with a strong background in clinical supervision and teaching. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to apply principles to prevent medico-legal issues in relation to patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Establish an optimal clinical learning environment to support the development of nursing staff and students.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate preceptorship schemes to strengthen clinical support for new staff.
- Provide on-the-job training (OJT) for new staff and assist nurse managers in wards to ensure their competencies.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support & Training
- Provide real-time, in-person clinical support during IVL procedures to ensure optimal use of the Sonico-CX system.

- Familiarity with coronary or peripheral devices such as IVL, atherectomy, PTA/PTCA, or imaging catheters.
